For the last 7 years, every time I start to have a problem, this guy makes a video that fixes it. It’s incredible but follow Jeff’s advice and say goodbye to injury’s and even minor nuisances. He’s never failed me and even helped people I know that don’t even watch his channel because I’ve sent them a few of his videos.

By the time I was done I felt like I do after my regular workout. I have a lot of warmup and pre-workout routines that feature dynamic stretching, and this one just went to No. 1 on my list. It's astounding how Jeff knows how to reach those odd areas of the body that don't normally get stretched. I actually got a mini-pump from this routine, which positions you perfectly to move right into your workout. Thanks for another great video, Jeff. If you've helped other people as much as you've helped me, you've become a true force of nature.

It's great to see a stretch video! Learned a lot. I'm one of only a couple of men at my gym who stretch. More women do so. Me? An old fart who has wised up over the years and figured out stretching does make a huge difference in preventing injuries.

As always, awesome advice, recommendations and help, packed in a compact, intelligent, captivating and very authentic and super helpful format. Thanks a lot for that Jeff. Truly inspiring. I immediately implemented into my daily workout schedule to see the long term effects it has for me. So far I can definitely see a nice visible difference to my previous pre-stretching routine. I have been watching your content since the early days and it has been an inspiration ever since in so many areas and supporting to help others around me. I will be here till they turn off KZbin. 😀😀

Thanks as always Jeff for what you share. As low as I am on the physical index right now, this routine was a workout on its own. The part I appreciate the most is the mobility aspect of performing stretches in this way. Tho' I am mobile daily in my job, the extending and the movement of the stretches is what is helping me the most. Mikey!

Thank you for that. This hip mobility dril with leg swing is so effective! Please let people know about the importance of breathing and how to optimise their stretching with proper breathing. Most don't hear how instrumental their breath (or lack of ) it impact the outcome of what they do when they stretch. 👌🏽👊🏽

Love these! Was doing your other dynamic warm up before and good to mix it up! A series of these to compliment a PPL or split would be cool! One last thing. Add something specfic for grip to warm up forearm and elbow to prevent strains from pull-ups and golfers elbow! What works?
