I have a question for you jeff in order to get a 6 pack and lose body fat completely do I have to quite drinking soda. that wouldn't be a hard sacrifice for unless I had to stop drinking mountain dew. that would be really hard for me to give up. but if that what is necessary to drop that unwanted belly fat. I will have to give it the OLD COLLEGE TRY to see if that works. but, that is what my question really is if you think I should stop drinking soda most importantly mountain dew. I'm currently 5'8 ft tall and 231lbs my BMI is 32 which is in the obese category, which gives you the idea of how over weight I am. If you could write me back I would be very grateful to hear what your thoughts are on my health. I need some advice very bad and I have been struggleing with this problem for years.
@samoth51612 жыл бұрын
@@johnnyappleseed2277 soda is bad for the body in many ways so ideally you shouldn't drink it. Though if you're obese your diet as a whole is probably bad and soda alone isn't the only contributing factor

I have trouble with the seated ab circles and anything similar to it such as V-related exercises and Russian twists. When doing exercises that involve sitting almost upright like the seated ab circles, even when I contract my core (which I know I'm doing because I've felt it in other exercises but istg with exercises like this it's as if I got hit with a tranquilizer) I can't feel it being worked and if I feel anything it's usually the feeling of my tailbone getting crushed into the ground and sometimes feeling the hip flexors getting burned. Any fixes please? And will you give advice and/or tutorials for any other exercises that I struggled in?

Hello to everyone just joining in!! I am a 22 year old girl and I started about a year ago and my abs are quite toned as of now !! I juggle between other 6-7 min ab excercises jeff has put out. Honestly it's very worth it, but make consistency your goal !! Not having toned abs inmediately. The abs will show as time goes by, trust me. But there's nothing as gratifying as the discipline you gain from sticking to the routine

Day 1 : I see no results but expected it was hard to get through it but I did anyways Day 2 : still not a Major change but I’m going to start eating healthy and stop eating junk. Day 3: still no results and I’m still eating healthy . Day 4: I took a day off today as I felt like I shouldn’t do each day. I’m still trying to eat healthy, but it’s hard cause my family thinks I’m not eating because I used to have anorexic ( I’m fully recovered I’m a good weight just wants abs ) Day:5 I just did the workout so I’m obviously not expecting results. Ok so I’ve burnt a little bit of weight still no abs but I’m not expecting them to appear in the first week Day 6:still nothing I might start updating weekly so it doesn’t get to long and so that it gives time for stuff to happen. Day 7: I really don’t feel like doing the workout today as I’ve had a long day. I am going to be updating every other day so that it doesn’t get too long. Day 9: I’m still eating healthy still no visible changes apart from a slight change in weight. Day 10: I’m going to be doing 100 sit ups along with a plank things. I’m going to keep changing it up so I don’t get bored Day 22: I’ve been doing this everyday still but I’ve been changing up the workouts some days I’ve been doing this some days I’ve been on the cross trainer. Still no abs unfortnunaly Like this so I remember to update Haven’t really had the motivation to do this. But I’m going to continue keep you guys updated in a week

for anyone coming to this video for the first time, THIS WORKS. i went from having “kinda abs” to a legit six pack when i flex (i’m able to feel each pack!) there’s no secret trick or technique, you just have to be consistent. I’ve been doing it everyday (except my rest day) for the last 6 months and my abs have been looking/feeling great! my abs started to really come in after about 4-5 weeks of consistently doing this. another thing to mention is you must work twice as hard in the kitchen as you do doing this routine. your progress will be hidden under fat if you don’t fix your eating habits. that’s all! ALSO, make sure you really flex your abs while doing each movement, you can’t be half-assing this or else you won’t see results! that was my mistake when i did this routine years ago; i remember being extremely frustrated that my “hard work” amounted to nothing but i really wasn’t working hard cause i wasn’t giving it my all. trust me, flexing your abs while doing this will give you the results you’ve been looking for. it’s totally NORMAL for you to be resting a bunch throughout the routine (i still rest about 3-4 times for about 2 secs on every exercise except the first!)

It took me a month to finish this program without taking extra breaks, the scissors killed me every time, but after a month i got used to it, got a flat stomach (and i had a round belly when I started) and i can see my packs forming. Realy motivated right now, thank you Jeff.

Wassup yo, my names Angel Torres, Im 16 and Im 135 pounds with no abs, and I WANT ABS. This is my ab journey, I will do this same video everyday till i get a six pack(except Sunday, its my whole body rest day). like so i can remember to keep updates during this quarantine. Day 1, 5/28/20 : No abs, struggled halfway thru the video, cant wait till tomorrow. Day 2, 5/29/20 : Obviously no abs, still struggled, but imma start adding a few more ab workouts when i finish the video everyday Day 3, 5/30/20 : Sadly, still not abs, this time i felt like I was prepared but couldn't keep up with every Workout , i kept getting tired halfway thru the video, but i kept continuing. Day 4, 5/31/20 : todays Sunday, so today i didn't do it , it was my rest day.Ill do it tmrw. Day 5, 6/01/20 : New Month, New Day, i felt pretty good, and I handled a little more then Day 3, no abs, but I do feel less squishy and my chest feels a little bigger, idk probably just in my head, but I've been eating healthier and working out my whole body everyday except Sunday, now I gotta do my other ab workouts. Till Tomorrow Day 6, 6/02/20 : Was really excited to do this today for some reason, obviously no abs yet but i do feel healthier and I've been getting 9 hours of sleep everyday. I got some protein powder and Creatine, so that would help get my protein in and help build muscle faster i guess.Excited for Tomorrow . Day 7, 6/03/20 : Felt really tired today, but I'm beginning to see some changes on my body, my stomach looks like its starting to shape up. Excited for tomorrow since I'm seeing results !! LETS GOOO!!Plus im eating almost 250g Carbs, 150g Protein, and trying to keep the Fat lower then 50g, any other tips guys? Day 8 , 6/04/20 : I was going strong into the video till it got to Scissors, but feeling really good lately 🦾. Be back Tomorrow Day 9 , 6/05/20 : ITS FRIDAYYY, i took my Pre Workout, did my chest today, then straight to this Video, and let me tell you guys, i still dont have abs(sadly,but am seeming too look thinner on my obliques ), BUT i did do the Russian V Tuck Twist completely without stopping so yea im proud of that. See y'all tomorrow. Day 10 , 6/06/20 : To be honest, today i wasn't feeling it, and almost decided to skip it, but i said nah, but yea, i still went thru but todays just not a good day, probably becuase I didnt get enough sleep last night, i don't know. Should I start doing Sundays too? Day 11 , 6/0720 : Today is Sunday, and I still did this video anyway, and to be honest, i can already feel my top abs starting to form, and i'm really happy about because that shows i'm getting closer, its been almost half a month and this is really helping. See you guys tomorrow. Day 12 , 6/08/20 : Monday, I really am starting to feel my top part abs, but today, i don't know why but i just couldn't go follw all the way thru, i had some stops but its okay, Till tomorrow. Day 13 , 6/09/20 : today i really pushed thru the video and i only stopped like 5 times during the entire thing which is REALLY GOOD, i usually stop a lot between the excersises. This video really has helped me look better, last night I definitely felt my top 4 abs but i cant see 100% see them, more like only 15% visible. But yea, if your trying this, you should definitely ad a couple more ab workouts like sit ups, leg raises, planks, etc. it will help more. Also im only 132 pounds now, i lost 3 pounds, but i searched it up and it said i might be loosing fat and gaining muscle. Or just eating too little. I dont know, ill figure that out. TILL TOMORROW. Day 14 , 6/10/20 : Damn, two weeks in already, and to be honest, i regret none of it, i really am starting to be able to do this without stopping, my abs were killing me once i was done this time, my abs are still not as visible as i want them to be, but when i feel them over my shirt i can feel them, but i still cant clearly see them when i lift my shirt off. 2 weeks strong🦾, till tomorrow. Day 15 , 6/11/20 : Today was NOT a good day. Ive been feeling really skinny again lately and ive been loosing weight, im now 129 pounds, i thought i was getting leaner but no, NOT GOOD, THATS REALLY BAD, i lost a lot of muscle tissue and fat. This why i've been feeling weak and unhealthy lately. Ive been using MyFitnessPal, and turns out, ive been putting LOSE .5 POUNDS A WEEK. You guys dont know how mad i was about this, i aint even gonna cap, i was close to crying because it took alot of time to be at 119 pounds to 135 and then loosing all that weight in a couple of weeks. Im gonna stop being mad about it tho, i fixed my calories and everything and even changed my entire workouts and i still did this video today, im gonna keep doing this even tho i messed up my bad really bad, plus my abs have started to feel squishy again, NOT GOOD :,((((. Day 16 , 6/12/20 : today I had a good workout, and to be honest, i feel like tomorrow i can finally do this video without stopping. Plus my i can start feelings my abs. Till tomorrow 🦾. Day 17 , 6/13/20 : wassup guys, its currently 10:41pm and I decided to do this workout before going to bed and see how that goes, but yea, i can keep feeling my abs, but I cannot see them, i dont know why but yea, hopefully continuing this will help my abs start show. Imma do this tomorrow now, I do this EVERYDAY NOW, EVEN SUNDAYS. Day 18 , 6/14/20 : its currently 10:07 and i just finished the workout. Plus today i went to the beach, and im happy to say that this summer, i look WAY better then last year. Its Sunday BTW so this is my 2nd Sunday in a row. See you guys tomorrow. Day 18 , 6/15/20 : i can finally feel my 4 pack, they are not 100% visible but my top two are really close to being visible, but for the other 4, i can proudly say im making Progress, whoever else is doing this, KEEP IT UP BOISSSSS , ITS WORTH IT 🦾🦾🦾🦾🦾(just remember to get enough protein, carbs and fats, and eat healthy) Day 19 , 6/16/20 : today it felt good to do it, abs are really starting to form, nothing much new today. See you guys tomorrow. Day 20 , 6/17/20 : Its already been 20 DAYS!!! Damn guys, your guys support keeps reminding me why i do this everyday, and i regret none of them, i can already see my top 2 abs already , but my lower abs are not showing up, do you guys have any tips of getting my lower abs to start to form? But thanks for the support, hopefully i get a 6 pack pretty soon 🦾 a 2 pack already, still got 4 more to go. Day 21 , 6/18/20 : todays Thursday and to be honest, i feel good, still not much progress but i am becoming able to do this video without stopping, but yea, till tomorrow. Day 22 , 6/19/20 : todays Friday and while i was doing things, i was thinking of stopping because its been like 4 days with mostly no results, but I remembered im doing this to get a six pack and its only been like 20 days. See you guys tomorrow 🦾🦾🦾🦾🦾🦾🦾🦾🦾 Day 22 , 6/20/20 : Todays Saturday and this workout was really hittin today , i feel mad sore right now, its currently 9:07pm and i felt really good today doing this workout. See you guys tomorrow. Day 23 , 6/21/20 : its sunday and its the end of the day, currently 11:46pm and i didnt do it today and decided Sundays are FULL BODY REST DAYS. Day 24 , 6/22/20 : Monday, 2:24pm and this video felt good but i still dont see much change, see y'all tomorrow. Day 25 , 6/23/20 : Its Tuesday 2:36pm and i feel like i'm not growing as much anymore or more defined because i'm not consuming enough calories, today i raised my Calorie goal to 3,300 a day, but yea, so far look and feel good , not the best but you know, getting there. Day 26 , 6/24/20 : im a hard gainer so i feel like if i eat more itll be better for me, i only workout like 2 hours a day and i can fully see my two top pack, my other four are not as visible but i feel them coming in, pluss eating more calories makes me feel like i have more energy. Day 27 , 6/25/20 : im proud to say i can finally see my top two abs , as for the rest, theyre coming in, its really hard to get my lower abs to show tho, theyre still not visible but i can fully feel my whole six pack, but they are still not visible, imma just trust the process. Day 28 , 6/26/20 : the ab workout felt easy today, i only ate a bowl of oatmeal and a banana and a scoop of Pre Workout, my abs are still the same sadly but im getting there. I can tell Day 29 , 6/27/20 : the video felt so easy today, i can fully see my two pack, but my 4 pack is definitely coming in. I can see my V line but I definitely gotta work more on my obliques and eat more. See you guys tomorrow. Day 30 , 6/28/20 : didint do it today Day 31 , 6/29/30 : Today i woke up good and this time , the video was really hurting me towards fhe Russian V Twists, but overall, feeling good and see my top two abs only. Day 32 , 6/30/20 : This video is not hard anymore, the only workout I cant fully do now is the Starfish crunch, other then that, its not hard, but i am starting to fully see my 4 pack but not the lower two, do you guys have any exercise recommendations for lower abs? I appreciate it!! Day 33 , 7/01/20 : damn yo its already July and still not a full six pack, im proud of what I got right now, but i still want the full 6 to show, imma take your guys advice and imma just do this video twice a day starting next week. Day 34 , 7/02/20 : i ran out of Protein Powders but its cool, ill just eat and extra chicken or meat, but other then that, my abs have been really hurting after the video lately, and i feel like my waist is getting smaller too, i started taking out Chips as my fat and carbs and eating eggs and bacon instead. See you guys tomorrow. Day 35, 7/04/20 : Happy 4th of July Guys, hope you guys spent with family well, i did this video so late becuase i spent time with my family, its currently 11:57pm and its time to sleep, see you guys tomorrow!!my 4 pack is looking good tho(look under these comments)

I've been doing this daily 7 days a week for 2-3 months and had AMAZING results. I stopped training for half a year and lost my abs and after 1 single workout I got it back, crazy. Now I'm back at the gym and I do this in the beginning of every workout. GUYS, DO THIS! Even if you can't do the whole thing just do as much as you can and slowly build your way up. This is an amazing ab workout and much better than the standard things that you get told to do at the gym. What would we do without this dude Jeff... You're incredible Update: In the last few days I've been doing this daily as well. Feel amazing, my abs are popping, I take advantage of the quarantine to work on my physical prowess. And it is a lot easier than it used to be, now the second I finish I feel like I'm not even tired from it. Do yourself a favor and please do this!

@@certifiedguy7276 I believe after a week or a few I started seeing differences. Maybe you have a higher fat percentage? If so then you probably have abs but the fat is hiding them. If not then I'd assume you're not doing it correctly because it completely kills me every time I do this, try to take it slowly and have your number 1 goal to have perfect form. If u dont want to pay the money his vids on here and instagram will be more than enough to keep u busy for a while

To the new people who are just starting this workout and feel more pain in their legs than abs in the first few exercises, DONT QUIT if you want to solve the problem ie your hip flexors are more dominant. I had very weak lower abs and had constant pain doing the first exercise. But after doing the routine for about a month and half i finally completed the first exercise without any pain in the hip. It gets easier keep it up! Edit/Update:Almost 2 months later i did both the first exercises without activating the hip flexors. Also let me remind you my thighs are fat like a meathouse. So all that weight is now being carried by abs instead of hip flexors. Im still fat (23%). But atleast now my upper abs show.

Guys I’m not even joking, this gives you abs. I remember the first time I tried this I did it for like 10 days gave up. Tried again a few months later did the the same thing. One day I really dedicated myself to doing it everyday. I can’t remember how long I did it for but I’d say I was on a good streak of 50 or more maybe. At the end of those 50 days or so I genuinely saw abs that I’ve never seen before. I didn’t even have to flex, and that was the first time in my life I’ve ever notice my abs cause I generally didnt believe I had any. I’d say I was and stayed about 17-19 % body fat. So not too lean either. So guys stick with it this will get u those abs. Also I only did it once a day.

Im gonna do this for 22 days straight and update here Day 1 : I couldnt finish all the durations of the exercises it was too hard Day 2 : holy shit my abs hurts so bad , even my hip flexors , i prob do the exercises not well enough. I still couldnt finish all of the duration but i forced myself into finishing all the plank durations. Day 3 : Im having huge hip flexor soreness so i decided not to do this workout and let it rest a bit , instead I did mostly upper ab exercises Day 4 : done Day 5 : done Day 6 : first i gotta say i did skip 2 days (i really don’t wanna lie to u guys) BUT i did today and i was soo close to doing all of the duration it got sooo much easier im soo happy Day 7 : done Day 8 : done Day 9 : done , i did miss 3 days tho because i had my mid term finals im sorry Day 10 : done Day 11 : done Day 12 : done Day 13 : done guys idk if its me imaginating stuffs but i feel like i can see my abs a bit more than before ?? Either way i for sure got stronger abs and thats good since ive never ever trained them so they were really weak Day 14 : done Day 15 : done Day 16 : done Day 17 : done Day 18 : done Day 19 : almost done with the 22 days guys lets goo Day 20 : done Day 21 : done tomorrow ill try to complete the whole workout giving every last bit of what i have Day 22 guys i tried my best to do the whole thing but tbh its too hard for me still mostly the first two exercises but im really really close to doing all of the duration. Sooo thats pretty much it for my 22 days challenge I definetly will be doing my abs (prob not this ab routine tho i wanna change) About the results , soo i started with 0 ab work so my ab strenght went sky rocketting and i really feel that my abs are harder and more visible its actually motivating Lastly i might update here every so and then , imma start doing full body workouts as well so i get ready for the reopening of gyms in 2 months Update : 22/01/21 , i started doing workout again , not just abs but the rest of the body too i do abs less often but i still do them , my core is stronger than before but ive actually so weak atm i barely can do pull ups , im gonna keep training and update again in a few weeks Update 05/02/21 : okay so the gym opening in 2 month was a joke 🤡 it won’t open for a while. So since 2021 i did 16 trainings , im trying to train 6 times a week ( push pull legs x2 ) for like 30 min each workout , im improving pretty fast so far , due to the muscular memory. Begining january i struggled to do 25 pushups and 3 pullups. Oh and the abs , i now do a 7 min workout i found on youtube and i can do all of it its less cardio and more about just pure crunches. Ill update again in 2 weeks Update : 27/05/21 : yikes yikes yikes ive betrayed you guys im sorry im litteraly at the worst shape of my life holy shit , so as my uni went full online i went back to my parents house and i didnt do shit for like 5 months now besides eating trash and junk food fr. Im kinda skinny fat rn but yo , yo yo yo i promise lmao . I promise once the gym reopen , so actually pretty soon here , on the 9th of june , i will work out my hardest again. Again im sorry yikes Update : 15/09/21 Hey guys 🙃 im actually lmaooo at the best shape of my life rn , ive been hitting the gym for 3 months consistently , ive never worked out for so long without stopping , im at around 1m80 rn and im like 71 kg , im planning on bulking for months and im stronger than ever on most of the main lifts ! For everyone wondering how effective this is: I did this workout and some crunches 3 times a week for half a year . It really works super well. I went from having a squishy six pack to having a tighter core and better physique. Don’t give up even when you don’t see progress at the start. The grind is always required. Update: I’ve upped my workout to 3 sets of this video as well as adding 105 crunches and 120 bicycle crunches (add 35 and 40 to each set). My abs have really developed and are to the point of being defined without flexing. This workout is legitimate so keep it up everyone! Also make sure to work in cardio and other muscle groups for good balance!

@@mrunalkapadia3697 contract in your abs basically the whole time. That way your abs are engaged and they'll to the heavy lifting instead of your hip flexers. For anyone wondering what results are like I thought I'd share. First of all I'm 21 and about 20% body fat and I hadn't done any ab exercises in at least a year. I tried this workout and couldn't do it so I decided to adjust to something I can do. This is what I decided to try: 20sec ab circles left 20sec an circles right 40sec drunken mountain climber 20sec rest 40sec marching planks 40sec scissors 20sec starfish crunches 20sec rest 20sec Russian v tuck twists I have done this everyday for the last 33 days. I hadn't changed my diet or focused on cardio exercises so results as far as appearance were noticeable but minimal. However! I want to continue doing daily ab workouts but I want to change activities. So I decided today for 34th consecutive day I would attempt the full 7 minute workout again. And I was able to compete it successfully and felt I could go even longer! So if you are discouraged because you are seeing limited results just know that progress is being made and it's just a matter of time and discipline.
