Some people laugh due to fear and nerves. Doesn’t mean they are trying to be disrespectful.

I don't think Harvey got nearly enough recognition throughout this series. He Literally just got on with everything, didn't complain, and constantly encouraged his peers. I think that because he took everything in his stride and was generally quieter than the others, people aren't talking about him as much. But I actually think he continuously did the best out of all of them, along with Nati!

Yes!! I noticed he was quieter in this series compared to their first visit, most likely because Ray was w him? But I agree, Harvey barely had any recognition, I just see him in the back being very supportive of the boys even towards the Korean men who was w them

I can relate to you at first thought of them laughing was them being disrecpectful but thinking myself if i am in those situations i might laugh too because when tensions and pressures are high i tend to my crazy mind like wtf!! Its my defense then i might bawl my eyes out after. So them i think its the pressure and being not in the comfort zone that mybe the reason behind the unreasonable laughs they makin.

Josh met the boys when the where in High School and introduce them to Korean food. Then he invited the boys to Korea and show them the country. Some of them were the third in Korea.😊

I am half way through and nobody has mentioned to them that swearing is not allowed. These boys had the time to research and also understand that both Koreas are still at war. It can pop off at any moment. Respect builds confidence and team work on all levels of society. Please note that respect is not the same as power and privilege abuse.

Love KoreanEnglishman. I've been watching this channel for years. I think you would love the previous serious of him taking them to Korea for the first time right after they graduated High School. Also there is one titled "British Rappers go to a REAL Korean Bar and it gets heated" where KoreanEnglishman take two African-English rappers to a Korean bar (all the episodes with them are hilarious), it's so good.

l really enjoyed these military series with British students! But I do wish they would have taken this more seriously, because they went to the "real military" and they went there by themselves to experience it. Also they will just experience and leave after 4 days, but the soilders standing next to them are staying 20 months more. This was real miliary, not for a variety show. I think your reaction represented all Korean guys' reactions. I read the comments, and they said they were stressed out because they were laughing and joking around. It's not that they didn't understand it, but they were sweating every time those guys laughed, thinking that other soldiers would get into trouble too and getting PTSD. And that's what military is. I'm saying this just as a wish, not to blame anyone. Because they're foreigners, it would have been more difficult for them to understand and follow the situation. (Even though there was an interpreter, it's a little different.) l really enjoyed this series! I imagine if you had been there, it would've been even more real and fun.😁
