151 the winner so slow ? 1.45 is global Olympic qualifying standard. 140.91 the WR a whole ten plus seconds slower. The women’s world record is 1.53 only 2 second slower than these athletes. SAD to see such slow times. They have school boys is USA and Europe running 1.50 at 16 years old. Steve Ovett ran 1.45 at 18. Good competitive race though !!!

Backinto Balance it's just a sit-and-kick race. It happens a lot at the elite level, where instead of running all out the runners conserve energy and try to win by strategically timing a huge finishing sprint. They can probably all run a lot faster.

Yeah. I just started running the 800 this year and ran a 2:05. My coach said that my 400 split should be 57 to 58. These guys ran a 56 for a first lap
