This was super helpful, reflecting is one of those things we know we should be doing but tend to not make time for. I even wrote in my art journal a quote I found 'Reflecting is an integral part of being present.' But still didn't make time to reflect until I turned this video on lol. This way so good. I was getting my planner together as I was watching this and had last month spread out just to look at. Then when I saw this I said This a great idea and I am going to do this for next month. Wow do these more often. I actually went thru my planner for the first time and set some things in place.
