Depends on the centrifugal supercharger. If it has straight cut gears, you'll hear it like you would hear a twin screw. If you have slant cut gears, you won't hear the whine sound over the exhaust. But yeah, KB and Maggies have a great sound.

because procharger makes centrifugal superchargers which hiss more like a turbo except dont have the same BOV sound...twin screw superchargers like Kenne Bell make that beautiful whine sound

Please don't let protoballa07 speak for everyone. Corvettes and mustangs are not in the same class. There are mustangs that beat corvettes and vice versa. From the factory, mustangs cannot beat corvettes. Sorry, I love mustangs, I used to drive one but corvettes are lighter and have more power and displacement. Both are built to different standards. Props to both cars

goes to show what you know about the american cars.... There is in a magazine i saw one time a 1967 camaro ss 1 million miles on it and its still running stong they said... and for two the Corvette C6 base has bout 30 more hp than the C5 Z06 and gets 30MPG so i dont know why your dissing our cars... are you with us or against us?

haha good one bud....a civic can beat a vette if you out the money in it. BUT if you spend money on upgrading a mustang to make it keep up with a vette, you can spend that same amount if not less on a vette and it'll destroy it! Idc what you say....a corvette will always beat the mustang...even the ford GT cant compete with the new Z06 let alone the ZR1...
