Is metal roofing with PU foam metal suitable to replace roof tiles? Or is metal roofing with PU foam alufoil good enough to replace roof tiles?

I would still prefer roof tiles, however, PU metal is the best among metal roofing options.

To be safe, the metal structure must be strong or well designed to support the additional loading. Thickness of the metal roofing is equally important. Identify the supporting metal section when you step on it.

yes, you may. but most of the new roof has insulation option.

It is possible, but require another extension of roof truss structure. By norm, removing the existing roof tiles and reinspect the current trusses is a better options.
