lol that happened to me and my dad once. we were in memphis and went to this grocery store and my dad asked the butcher if he had ox tails, and he looked at us, smiled and said "no but we got RIBS though!", and he shook his head up and down slowly while he said it. like "you're both black so that's what you like right?" i had to turn in the other direction to not laugh in his face. i don't think he meant it to be racist but that's how it just sounded. lol

that's just rude what happened to you though. That's racial stereotyping. But I feel what your saying. the assumption we all love fried chicken, ribs, kool aid, watermelon etc. 🙄
