This is so helpful - have a traveler landing ATL from Venezuela, heading to Denver. Your walk through gave us a better idea of what to expect, and to be prepared. Thanks!

Something I didn't know until yesterday! When you're travelling to ATL on an international flight and you land at concourse E, you only have to make the walk to F if Atlanta is your final destination. If you have a connecting flight, you can go through immigration and customs right there at concourse E. You also pick up any checked luggage at E and drop it off there too after customs.

I’ve never flew. It you don’t have a carry on bag where do leave your suit case? Like does it stay at the tsa clearance?

@@jenniferhall2945 if you look to the left at time point 2:56 and a few seconds later you will see the counters and airline agents who will take your checked bags before you head to TSA.

This has been super helpful. Are all Southwest flights in Concourse C then? I have a 45 minute layover in Atlanta so I'm hoping to my connection is in Concourse C.

Yes, right now Southwest operates exclusively out of concourse C

Which terminal do you use to check-in for international SWA flights?
@bozy10610 ай бұрын
You will check in at the domestic terminal on the north side where the Southwest airlines check-in and baggage drop counters are. They do not have any check-in facilities at the international terminal.
