Brad, what is your honest opinion on Quin Snyder as a coach? If the team continues to stumble and lose games the same way over and over, that's not just a player issue but a coaching issue as well. His rotations are bad, his defensive inability to adjust is bad, and his misuse of players is bad. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over expecting a different result.

Friday's game against the Cavs could be my last straw with QS. Wednesday is a tough spot, they've been a buzzsaw for everyone not named Boston and we'd be playing in their building. Friday we'll be at home with a chance to win the group for the IST despite how poorly this season has gone. If QS can't make the appropriate adjustments from Wednesday to make that game look competitive, I'd be ready to fire him now. If something else is going on and the players come out flat for one reason or another, I won't know what to think.

It's been rinse and repeat for this team for years now. I thought Quinn would come in and make this team better defensively. As much as some hated Nate McMillian, this team hasn't played any semblance of defense since he was let go. So, the strategy of this team now and has been for recent years is to get into a playground high scoring game and hope you can out score the other team. (Which I guess is what the NBA has become really). And yes, Brad I know how you like to keep repeating how Trae is the best player on the team, but being the best scorer on the team doesn't make you the best player on the team. Being the best player overall calls for more. This team has no best players. Best players are consistent in the following areas: proven leaders, makes players want to play with them, get along with coaches, not bickering with refs but lead by example. Who on this team fits that description? Quinn is now looking like every recent Hawks coach before him, tired with no power and no answers. He and Trae can tell you what happened after a loss but neither has answers nor have shown they can make a team better. And yes, it's more than one person that contributes to a team becoming better but seeing that they both receive less criticism and derogatory comments and adjectives when they are bad, they should be responsible for making this team better. But hey, some hosts and management seem satisfied with mediocrity.

They got Trae out on the floor blending in for the most part having him be mainly just a facilitator and taking away his "ICE TRAE" offensive attack game..if they ain't hot and got their all-star getting buckets then the team will struggle plain and simple it's not rocket science. I really do think we can win on Friday, getting to see them and make adjustments is a really big advantage. It worked in our favor in Boston. I feel like this team is destined for a mini IST run, which will make their eventual disappointing season even more head-scratching. That said, if by some miracle we in the game on Wednesday, I think we're cooked, no way they'd let us get away with beating them twice in a week.

I forgot to mention i would keep larry Nance jr also he should be playing more, but Quin continues to not know how to use his bench or make adjustments. I could coach these guys better than him. How about having a plan for guys like Kyrie as you know he's going to go off he always does against us. They need to apply more press on defense swift and help each other more start trapping and stop just playing man to man depending on Dyson Daniels to stop everyone defensively. They are not good enough to play so much man to man defense. Lastly we need some dogs in here the highlights are cool, but we need more grit and grind type players.

As i have commented on videos many times in the past. If we want to succeed trae has to be BY FAR and away the worst defender on the team. Right now bogi takes that title.
