I was born in Atlanta and I was horrified when I saw what happened to these 2 young adults. In my 42 years on this earth I've seen Georgia Cops do some horrible things and this is yet another to the list. They served a no knock warrant to the wrong house and killed a grandmother as she sat in her lazy boy. Then got caught trying to cover it up. They shot a flash bang into a baby's crib and hurt that child but refused to pay medical bills (another warrant served and guess what the person they were looking for didn't live there) Georgia could be an amazing city IF they cleaned up the police and got the bad ones out! I'm scared for people of color in my state and they are right to be scared and angry!

@@tomservo5007 Sadly I am just hearing about both Dorn and the teen in NYC. I do not condone violence of any sort (regardless of what race commits it). The point is that if a black person commits a crime they will be charged and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law (and sometimes, the punishment is extreme). If those young men from new New York are arrested, they will get the book thrown at them without at doubt...just as those cops should. As for Dorn, I feel for his family and those responsible should be held accountable. Blacks are held accountable for crimes they sometimes don't commit. Cops are not above the law. Again, my heart goes out to the Dorn family and the teenage girl in NYC.

Sickening, what is wrong with police departments across this country?
@MrsC30534 жыл бұрын
These department consist of white nationalists, kkk, or other white hate groups. The person hiring these hateful racist cops are probably aware of their affiliations with these hate groups. Some of these cops hired are not part of a hate group they are just rogue and chomping at the bit to hurt or kill anyone regardless of race, they usually have multiple complaints in their files that's disregarded by their superiors until they murder someone like the killer cop and his accomplices in Minneapolis.
@belindahorne91274 жыл бұрын
All. Cops are not corrupt. Some hide behind their badges. I was a sheriff never had a complaint and treated everyone respectful.
@alfmac78864 жыл бұрын
Sadistic cops need to be weeded out at the academy level, stringent psychological testing must be implemented to prevent 'bad apples' from getting through the hiring process!
@belindahorne91274 жыл бұрын
I know that a psychological evaluation is completed on candidates that want to become police officers. Perhaps the.test need to be changed to weed out candidates. I need to be on that panel. I do believe that some people want to becomr cops for power and treat other race with and disrespect them. For instance the cops that push the 75 year old white man down. Thats hiding behind the badge. Now, the officers that was with the cops that push the 75 year man down. They all resign and that is what they should.do. That tell me the officers have no empathy. Take a look at George Floyd case. Why would you put your knee on his neck got 8 minutes and 46 seconds. There should be justice for all regardless of race. I do believe trump plays a big part of this. He give the impression to those that are racist believe its ok to do what they want. Those of you who is white or black see if trump bond you out of jail. Trump does not care for any of us. He use the weak to do what he wants. Lets us all pray. Better days are coming. Rememer if JESUS was mistreaded what do they think of us. JESUS wad blameless. I love you all, bettet days are coming. Remember racisim never stopped just done another way.

For context, these two were not even protesting. They were in their car when they got stuck in the protest. When the police came to disperse the protesters, a group of officers smashed the driver’s side window, deploying stun guns and pulling Pilgrim and Messiah Young from their car (this was shown by the video released by the police). Update: The six Atlanta police officers have been charged in connection with the incident.

The bodycam video is very disturbing: kzbin.info/www/bejne/foS1n4Ojft2lr80 The officers seem to want to detain a guy (that starts crying!) that can be seen talking to them while they are stuck in traffic. Messiah films the arrest and that seems to totally trigger the officers ("Hey you wanna go to jail?"). It just goes absolutely down the shitter from there.

They also slashed their tires so they couldn't drive.
@justadjustor89934 жыл бұрын
After they pulled Taniyah out, they were pulling Messiah out from BOTH sides of the car, yelling at him, and getting angrier and more forceful with him because he couldn't exit the car on his own (he was tased as this point and they were all blocking both sides of the car) or be removed because for obvious shit reasons, they were pulling him from both sides of the car 🤦🤦🤦.
