MSP later tweeted he was released once confirmed he was media which was patently false. Also CNN president had to call the governor to have him released. Think about other people arrested unlawfully that may not react the same or may even do not arrest...with no camera rolling...and no media president to make calls on your behalf to grant your release...in fact many employers upon hearing you are arrested probably will fire you...
