As a guy who’s considering moving to Midtown, I really liked the Grey/Black kitchen aesthetics of the 2nd. If I remember correctly! But did look small. since I work from home need room for home office/desk.

Love the style of apartment you’re going for. My fav is that first unit too. Also I don’t think it bothers me that the stacked w/d is in the bathroom in those other units 🤷🏽‍♀️. Can’t wait to see what you end up with! ☺️ when do u have to decide by? Also looking forward to the houston apt hunt!!
