I’m in the housing market I have done my research. For a 300k house, your yearly salary requirement will def need to be at least 90k or more. You need to make 3xs your rent to get a apartment lol

It's an amazing price but be mindful. I visited a friend in GA once and the home was stunning from the outside. Once inside, I could tell the difference from my sturdy, well-built home. I heard every creak while walking, walls were paper thin too.

I moved to Dallas, GA in October and its has some beautiful homes for reasonable prices. Its rural and quiet as well. The only down side is it is very far from downtown Atlanta and from the major freeways. But you get a lot more house for your money and it is growing

The homes in this neighborhood are amazing. The company I work for owns a few and one of them is the 3 story home. It is 7 bedroom 5 full baths. 1 guest bed on main with full bath. 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms and large master. One room has its own bathroom and the other shares a jack and jill. 3rd floor is a enormous loft with 2 bedrooms on either side and full bath. Address is 22 Victoria Heights Place. Photos on real estate sites don't do it just for how big it is.
