Sadly, There should be more discussion on climate change or disaster risk, despite Pakistan's ongoing struggle with frequent climate-related shocks and stresses. Much of the development seems counterintuitive, especially considering Pakistan's recurring floods every second year.

What is there to ask … He has come to ask for more loans … there is no other plan. Pakistan keeps changing the FM face so that IMF does not get bored. Also since the pak finance ministers find it difficult to keep a straight face while saying the same mundane answers
