Wow cheers for the shoutout man, your welcome! I value markets with fast withdrawal processing, unbiased/fair dispute resolution staff and easy product listing categories. Of course all the obvious things too such as good OPSEC, XMR is a must ect 💯

I’m glad Vortex doesn’t have KYC. It’s so exhausting sending my dealer a scan of my ID and SSN every time I buy drugs.

the grey area nonprofit medical cannabis collectives in California used to keep a copy of everyone's ID and doctor recommendation, never mind the state issued card that just had a photo and a number that was "semi-anonymous" in that respect, meant to prove they or the grower was "collectively" growing. now they require an ID for everyone that I'm sure they still keep on file, it's not like alcohol where it's just a quick glance if that. some of the patients/customers were terrible and didn't want to give anything on account it would "go into the government system", they'd "be fired from working at Home Depot" and their wife would find out.

No KYC? AWESOME! I needed a market without that policy!

Hypothetically a great market would separate a disastrous one in these points: 1. Easy to use and minimal looks Nothing too fancy, colorful, or what else. Different sections for sellers, sorting for products, etc. 2. Customer support that is present almost all the time, made of people with a good reputation on the forum 3. Some voting system for ideas The community should have some way to send feedback/vote new ideas proposed by the creators of the site 4. Bug bounty rewards Surely one of the most important imo, considering that a single flaw could mean a total downfall and failure (Or even worse) of the site and admins And of course technical expertise. People who really know what they are doing, and accepting feedback in a positive way

They just started accepting CC's after watching this How To DNM video. But are also now suing for defamation and also claimed a copyright strike for displaying their brand.

I like when there is a review system in place that cannot be changed ny the vendor. Which is common. But as a buyer only I like to use sites that have the buyers ability to feel comfortable making a purchase and being able to see other buyers experiences with that vendor. It's always good to see they play an active part on Dread as well. Before all the haters start with the comments I don't live in the US and my location doesn't care about these things and personal possession of any drug is decriminalized. I have 0 risk by purchasing small amounts. I have only used them for pure DMT anyhow and that is hardly even on anyones radar of cracking down on.

Overall good criticism, but regarding your second point about what that admin said: he probably meant that people shouldn’t be using tor with any browser besides tor browser. tor and tor browser are separate things. It’s possible to route any kind of traffic (not just HTTP) via tor by using it as a socks proxy, but this certainly weakens OPSEC.
@Sam_Bent2 күн бұрын
Yes, I thought that too. However, at the end of the day if you have an individual who's doing a manual install most likely that person is going to take the time to do some research to begin with as they're not just unpacking tour browser or starting up Tails OS, I probably could have worried that better but that was my point about it being semi condescending. I agree with your point of it significantly weakening opsec even if we're just looking at a fingerprint point of view it's absolutely true.

@ 1000% agree and at the end of the day someone who lacks the expertise to run a hidden service (legal or not-so-legal) should not roll the dice and jeopardize people’s livelihoods in this manner. This person is unqualified for that role and he’s doing a disservice to the individuals that place their trust in him

Honestly thank you, I don't often comment or even "No offense" watch videos from creators that are smaller in number as lately even with the largest creators it's all been Wishy washy, AI Generated types of videos so having an informative video that is actually interesting all i can say is thank you.
@Sam_Bent2 күн бұрын
Of course! Thank you for taking the time to comment I appreciate that! I get it, There are a ton of creators that I personally watch who have incredible numbers they have those numbers for a reason.

Saying only use tor browser does make sense because brave can open onion sites. But everything else make it sound like it's a honeypot.
@Sam_BentКүн бұрын
To a point the vast majority of DN users are not making custom installs with a tor demon, instead they are using Tails OS, Whonix, or Tor Browser. I probably should have clarified that better. Your right, but it's a disproportionate amount of people that are actually doing that.

@@Sam_Bent Each vendor shared their PII after chronicpain betrayed him, it's all public now, reason why DRP made this decision was to not let people like chronicpain becomes ironically pain for him. After feds seized his laptop, they analyzed every vendor's identify carefully. Some names you can google, see the time for their initial arrest, it went like ripple effect after FBI made copy of SR server that was in (I guess) Iceland. Names include, Cornelis Jan Slomp ("SuperTrips"), Steven Sadler ("Nod"), Brandon LeBlanc ("Dr. Clu"), Michael Duch ("Deezletime"), Andrew Michael Jones ("Inigo"). There was another shadowy figure who helped Ross idk how he got arrested, I wanna know, his name was Variety Jones. Man this whole Silk road thing is like a TV series, where you can literally keep it going after website shutdown, cuz a lot happened after website got offline.
