@@XxX_J41M13_XxX well it is actually called blood rain also, but we mostly call it rust rain. Its not very common but it occurs when sand from a desert is swept up into the clouds and then fall down again via rain, tinting it a brown/reddish colour. That's the most simple way i can describe it.

This is actually the only EAS Scenario Channel that isn't scary in my opinion! It's like the vibes The SCP Foundation gives off. It's scary, but not scary scary. What I'm saying is that it's not straight-up horror, it's like a horror-adventure thing. That's the best way I can describe this channel, It's not scary, it tells a story. I can't wait to see what other stories are coming up next! You earned yourself a sub!

I'd say the opposite is true.; every other EAS thing I've seen on here break the format and do other really contrived things as a way to force it into telling a more traditionally presented narrative, instead of caring about preserving the atmosphere and fear factor.

Reminding myself that these channels use their own EAS tones because the real one will set off any and all devices capable of relaying the EAS alerts makes me wonder what it would be like to hear this in person. Everyone's phones, radios, speakers in a shopping mall, displays/digital ad banners. All relaying the same message with the same images.

Suggestion: “Killer Vehicles” - A experiment involving “Specimen K” was conducted in a lab. The specimen was injected into a bulldozer. The bulldozer suddenly started moving and breached its container using its metal blade. ( after the specimen was injected ), the blade got sharper. The bulldozer began infecting other vehicles, including cars or buses. The specimen causes chaos in cities, where vehicles trample over people and infect other buildings.

What I like about this video is the varied usage of different types of announcements and the inclusion of a news segment. You definitely thought about how different sources would spread information. However, I felt that a lot of these were redundant to each other without providing any real information about the blood rain itself, only that it was something to be avoided. Granted, a lot of horror goes bad from giving too much information, but I feel this scenario could have had more meat to it. My other big issue was the language the news reporter used. Words like "sinister" and "otherworldly" aren't really words a meterologist or reporter would use for what at the time was thought to merely be a strange weather phenomenon.
