Good review! I bought the same cage along with bumper plates and barbell last year. I was so happy with it and the service I bought the B6 Bench and the FastTrack treadmill. 4 stars on all the equipment and service.

Hejsa.. jeg har kigget på samme rack. Men er meget i tvivl om når man vælger alt det tilbehør er det bare beslag eller faktiske vægte som man kan køber. for kan se man også kan købe underlag ved dem også ?

Hejsa, mig bekendt sælger de også vægtskiver. Jeg oplevede dog at når man valgte dem som tilbehør på powerrack siden at man fik forkerte priser der virkede for gode til at være sande og det bekræftede de også på mail var en fejl.

The loading pins for the pulley measure around 21,5cm on each side according to my ruler

Hey! Thanks for the review! I bought the same rack last week and I'm quite happy with it, except for the pulley system. I am not sure what I did wrong, but it is not smooth at all (when I release the weight). Any tips for fixing it? :) thanks!

Hey I'm glad you like the rack. Not sure why the pulley isn't smooth in your case but I'd definitely contact their support and see if they can help

Don't know if you already solved it or not, but usually 95% of the time that happens when the screws are overtighten. You can start to relieve a bit the pressure on the screws, and see if it runs smoother after that.

I have the R7 and I don't lack anything. But I bet it's a nice upgrade to the R7 if you have the spare funds

@ Yeah they pretty much have the same attachment possibilities, but since the R8 has the standard 75x75 size, I was thinking I could in the future, get other brands attachments if I want. But if we don't look at attachments, they seams both awesome ! The R7 even has an trolley attachment option which looks really handy and cost far less that other US brands alternative. But I can't find any review on the R8. Did you buy anything else from atletica that you would recommend ?

The only other things I got frem them so far is some bands, band pegs and a rowing attachment

You can mount the pull up bar a bit lower to use it :D

How so? It's attached with 3 bolts so I can't just mount it lower

Do you use the cable as lat pulldown aswell? My room is not high enough for pull ups, so the Main reason i would buy this rack is for lat pull down

Yeah I do but I didn't get a leg blocker yet so I can't go very heavy on it. It works just fine though

Hej! For R7 Cage Power rack versionen (Med cable tower, landmine, 4x j-hooks, dip bars), et t-bar row handle og en b4 justerbar træningsbænk endte jeg med at give lige omkring 11 tusind 🙂
