Look at his hands closely.. He replaced the card and also peeking over the cardholder's shoulder to see his pin number and then used the same card and pin number in the next machine to cash out.

@@bapurautray oh, it looks like the scammer had put something in the reader before the customer arrived, this 'rejected' the card, until the scammer pushed it fully home, the ATM then asked for the customer to enter his PIN, which the scammer duly noted. Not everything learnt on KZbin is good. :)
