Kevin hit the nail on the head when he said, "You really started and cultivated a scene." I grew up despising rap. I used to say, "Rap is crap without the 'C'." One day in college I was on youtube and came across 'Trying To Find A Balance' and that started my love for rap. I was ignorant towards the fact that there were rappers that could speak to me on an intelligent level and that lead me down a path towards Blue Scholars, Brother Ali, Living Legends, Sage Francis and many more brilliant 'real' artists.

From the southside mpls... in 97 had that Overcast 💿 scattered across my carpet in that first apartment, a block from Powderood Park ...💿 mixed in wrong cases, Prob in Midnight Marauders case and the Tribe on its own quest stolen the night b4 by somebody at my party, no longer to be bumpin in that 3 disc changer Aiwa stereo...anyway, I am back.! It is 2017 and ( why the F am I in Birmingham?) I wanted to thank Ant especially...wow, his beats!
