ATN 7 1983 Sydney Closes at Midnight

Channel 7 in Sydney Closed Down till 7am in the 1970's and 1980's. I'm Not sure what Year I recorded this but it Features "A Country Practice", an Australian Navy Band playing out National Anthem, NO Tommy Leonetti singing "My City of Sydney", but a Controversial Animation of Sydney Harbour with a 'nude beach' scene and a 'wharfie' who Burped, but the Audio of That was Deleted due to Complaints. The Voice Over is by Chris Kearns who Mentions "Willesee" and the Aussie Movie "The Cars That Ate Paris". Can anyone please pick the Year? I've been told 1979-80, Thanks, and I got my First VCR in 1980, I think.
