Very welcome, i emailed them and recommended doing a YT live course to reach more people. it was basic info but more detailed, it solved a few questions i had.

Yes there are some issues, all of my issues have been fixed, my first scope was one of the originals back from May, the only problem i have with my new scope is it does not save zero, but there is a quick temp solution for that. I have sent it back to ATN to be fixed. ATN Tech Support is A+, they have taken care of everything. My son's 5 has no issues, i do know people that have no issues as well. Honestly it's kind of 50/50

Dealing with that issue right now, Spoke to Tech Support the other day, I have to send my scope back again, from some of the comments i have received there are alot of people having the same issue. As per ATN Tech Support the scope should be holding zero. You can try when your turn scope on to go to zeroing and hit confirm, i have read people are using that method and it works.

Ive been dealing with ATN for months now. I bought a xsight 5 and it wouldnt hold zero, sent it in an got a replacement and it didnt hold zero. Went back to the store to talk directly and show them the issue, the general manager went through his entire inventory and also called another location and all scopes had the problem of not holding zero. I was then told the LRF version didnt have those problems and it would be best to upgrade. I did and have yet to get one that holds zero. They refuse to refund me for the scope and only offer to downgrade me to the xsight4pro without reimbursement for the difference. Im thinking class action lawsuit. They have this many defective units and refuse to refund leaves no remedy for the situation. Any thoughts?

My 2nd scope is back with them now for not holding zero, RAV not working, date/time not saving. I have the 3x15 LRF, my brother has the 5x25 LRF no issues as of yet, my son has the 3x15 LRF no issues. I have had issues but tech support so far has corrected everything. Still waiting to see if the zero issue gets fixed. A solution BUT not a fix is every time you turn the scope on go into zero and hit confirm. That works i have harvested 5 hogs using that temp fix. From the comments we have received its 50/50 issues vs no issues. We have got comments and emails were people got refunds or were given the option of the X Sight 4. I feel the issues and bugs will all be worked out eventually, i have spoken to tech support and was informed that they have been running more field test and should have another firmware update soon.
