I just got mine few days ago, I had to send my Browning X-Bolt 26 Nosler back for repair for 2nd time for same issue., hopefully my issue is resolved and I will be putting ATN on it, or the work of figuring out what caliper not down power is close to .26 Nosler. Absolutely loving my 4k pro. Only using it on a 177. BSA R10 Mk2, so the ballistic computer won't allow projectiles below 10 grains, but I'm happy. Any idea how to download video with the HUD showing instead of plain video?

Is there a way to do an instant max magnification besides using the X-TRAC remote? I really don't need to spin the zoom wheel a bunch of times to go from 3x, 3.1x, 3.2x, 3.3x, etc all the way to 9x. All I really need is probably one click to go from 3x ton6x and one more to go to 9x. Why we have to go through tenths of a magnification doesn't make sense to me.

I’m really thinking about getting one of these. When zeroing you’re weapon, if I use a 25 Yard zero as I always use. I’m typically 2.5” - 3” high at 100 yards or roughly dead on @ 250 yards. Will this still work on this Optic? And if I use the range finder and take shots at longer ranges do I put my ZERO range as 250 yards or 25 yards? Also what is the maximum range this Optic can be used accurately?

I have the 4K pro, but I've never been able to get it to calibrate the compass. No matter how many times I've flipped and rotated it, it just goes into error. My only frustration. Besides not having a higher zoom lens.

I just talked to someone on the phone at ATN. They told me to uninstall my Obsidian 4 app and reinstall it , did Not help my issue. Trying to download my video from my Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G from the app while connected to the app, gives me this says ( Unable to create folder / .advBook/MEDIA. What do I need to do to get videos to phone without pulling sd card out of my X-Sight 4K PRO ??

Yes you can zero without SD card. Your zero is stored in the scope memory.

You can rename the profiles by connecting the scope to our application. When in the application go to the profiles tab and click on edit. kzbin.info/www/bejne/gJCykmx7nJypers

One question I have is will it hurt the scope to overcharge it, Is there no light to let you know??

No the scope will not overcharge if left on charge for longer than needed.

Got an x-sight. I have no idea how I am supposed to configure the zoom function to make it work.

You can set the scope to extended zoom in the settings but generally, you don't need that. Just use the zoom scroll wheel on the side to zoom in and out.

@@AtncorpOptics So the thing is, I followed the instructions in the manual to no avail. I reset it to factory settings and proceeded to set the device option to the 4k Pro 3x, and set the zoom function to standard. The scope will still not zoom. If I had to guess it is a firmware issue, since I spoke with an ATN attendant on the website chat about it and they recommended e-mailing info@atn. It seems to be a rather unique issue, and in all, I'm not heartbroken, it would just be nice if the scope performed the zoom function.

Some of the settings do not work on my 4K pro. I did download the 436 bug but still those functions do not respond.

How do you know when the scope is charging or has completed charging? The only way I could see is you had to turn the scope on to see.

Yes there are no external signals for the charging. You need to look into the screen and see.
