I like the choose your own adventure angle and that it's a proper investigation game, and that you get your own playthrough, without the constraints of the bloatedness of open world game. This has been on my radar since its announcement, and now I will definitely pick it up on launch

Looks like it takes a page from the "investigation" games that are becoming popular recently. Things like Obra Dinn, Golden Idol, Outer Wilds, Thalassa, Forgotten City... And I'm right here for it all, both this game in particular and this trend in general. I mean, I fell madly in love with all the games I mentioned in the first paragraph (except for Thalassa, which I've only just begun), more of that sounds brilliant.

I'm a big fan of the sniper games. This one might actually be scratching at a new genre. It needs a name. "Open World" would have been good, if that wasn't so overused already. Maybe "Open Role?"

Firstly low bug rate at launch is absolutely necessary, decent pc port too. I've been stung too often so gamepass sorts that side. It has potential to be different enough to a great game

Big question: first person only or 3rd person option? From what I see and get from it I feel is not for me. Third Person is, for me, absolutely mandatory for health reasons. Pity, because the game itself looks and feels like a lil gem I wish I could play and enjoy at its very best!

I’m staying for the bioshock part (atomic heart bamboozled me into thinking it could quench my thirst for a new bioshock game) but I’m not feeling the fallout part and I hope they leaned towards the former more than the latter

Looks good, and I've wish-listed it. Now I just have to wait a few years until the price falls enough for me to be able to buy it! (I know it is a completely different type of game, but I'm absolutely hooked on Fallout London - so nice to hear familiar accents and see familiar shops etc. in a game. My grandparents spoke just like Sebastian Gaunt! They didn't swear as much though).

As someone who says the last REALLY good games rebellion brought out are Sniper Elite V2 and Zombie Army I see no hope for it bringing out ever again something good and polished, especially after their remaster scams of theirs that looked drasticly worse and more clay/plastic like than the original.

guys kindly can we stop calling every game that somehow involves a nuke a fallout game... yeah there's not alot of unique ideas but there's still unique ideas but not every new game the involves a nuclear apocalypse should be fallout clone. Thats just my opinion!
