i do 50 push and 100 set up or eat some dry fruits and study 8 hour then go circuit classes and then go gym and workout and study 2 hours before sleep and then new day start reading bhagwat Geeta and fo same process 😊

This book goes along well with mindfulness books such as "30 Days to Reduce Anxiety" by Harper Daniels. Don't give up on yourselves, ever.

Whenever I feel bore first of all if i am doing any household chores or my study i left it and then i go to my favourite place where I am alone and i do self talk and try to find out what is the things bothering😢 me and then i talk to myself within example and then get conclusion what u have to do next 😊 i spend my time within myself for a while and i sing song singing is like a medicine ❤😊 in my adverse circumstances

You can skip toner always. There are facewashes which does the work of toner too. Then, again skincare is totally subjective.

Summary Day 1 -Wetting your face(showing up infront of mirror & 2-min rule applied)..... Day5-chain reaction started after that (Making it obvious) by placing facewash,toner(cues in environment) in front of you,face looks clear and fresh (made it satisfying)....👍👍
