I’ve never understood why people need to say thing like guy is the most underrated this and that. Tomi Joutsen and Amorphis as a band is not underrated. They’re actually loved all over the world, but you have to be realistic this kind of music is not for all. For us metalheads this is pure gold. When I was a teenager my brother showed me this band. It was 18 years ago. I fell in love with them and felt so close to my brother having a band we both listened to together Amorphis is our thing. Ever album after I became an adult he bought for me to listen to on my own and when Spotify became a thing he shared songs and new albums all the time. This is my brothers favorite amorphis song. Mine is Brothers moon. A few months ago he suddenly passed away and not a day has passed that I haven’t missed him. I just wanted to immortalize a memory on this song. Rest in peace my dearest brother. I’ll keep listening and I’ll never forget. Hope everyone is well.
