I've always found it weird that scammers ask for payment via Bitcoin. I feel like people who are tech savvy enough to know what Bitcoin is and how to use it are probably quite unlikely to fall for these scams. Hell, I wouldn't even know how to send someone Bitcoin and I like to think I'm reasonably tech-savvy. Edit: Maybe "tech-savvy" wasn't the right word, but I still maintain that the average scam victim isn't likely to have any clue how to send Bitcoin.

Idea for future Bitcoin payment scam videos: A) Check the Bitcoin wallet address with a block explorer to see what payments have arrived on it. It may show how many "customers" a scammer is having. B) Copy the payment details of a already happened payment to that address to a genuine transaction confirmation. Depending on the way the scammer checks his balance he might think its real. (Maybe possible to see if the scam has more stages)

The true question is whether and _how_ they would verify the fax number one supplies them with. I mean, how would they do that? Make a call from a phone and wait for the fax to go off and produce its annoying typical sounds? ;)

Even though this video was shorter than usual, it was absolutely hilarious - sending Bitcoin in the post :D If you ever use this trick again, maybe you could send then actual pictures of you putting money in an envelope, and writing the Bitcoin address on it. After all, these scammers are constantly asking for photographic evidence of documents....

It was really funny and that stamp was huge. I love those little videos with the pipe it's almost Sherlocky. Great video, and as usual wel prepared. Do you ever read your comments or do you get too many? People amuse me including myself because you get hundreds if not thousands of nice comments and then you take offence at the negative ones off the few trolltwatting, braindead idiomits and address them. They don't matter. What matters is being kind and honest and any grammatical mistakes are done purposefully.

Hi AS, I am a big fan of your channel, and watch all your vids. Favs are the scam baiting ones. Anyway...I also know you have your nigerian pal, and wondered if you would like me to send you some Nigeria Kilishi? It is kind of a spicy beef jerky. I live and work in Abuja, but will be heading to blighty to visit mum in a couple of weeks, and will be happy to pick you some up for a channel review if interested? All the best, and keep up the fantastic content. GM
