This could be a stupid question but could you have a timelapse recording on the Ninja and regular video saving on camera to CF Express?

Yes, that would be possible.

@@ChrisSpiegl Yes, definitely can. On the ATOMOS Ninja ULTRA, there is an option for recording a Timelapse, whilst recording normal footage on the camera.

I guess you can record normal video internally and timelapse in Atomos. Might be useful, although it's not hard to create timelapse from existing video so ... not sure :D
