I hated that moment. Seriously crude rockstar moment. But then Flea is a seriously crude rockstar so only to be expected. But Thom is so way above this, its beneath his dignity, he is in a league of his own, a pairing with that little Flea is just not pretty and Thom didn't need to lower himself to that. the beauty about the japanese is, is they have beautiful production values. Almost too clear and clean. Though Mr.Yorke's voice is really pristine as it is. what a pleasure, the lighting not a head fuck. That piano is perfect. That drummer is a mf. Musicians need to be presented, viewed and embraced. let us hope we all have some integrity left.

Holy moly, this is so much better than the album version, and I already loved the song as it was. The album version could've done with the extra energy and raw live sound of this arrangement. I've always thought the coda of Cymbal Rush should go as hard and intense as the coda of, say, There There (which have quite similar endings if you ask me). Stronger drums, stronger guitar, etc.
