Die Interpreten - so gut sie auch sind - scheinenden sich nicht immer einig zu sein in Tempo und Dynamik. Oder höre nur ich an manchen Stellen dieses cunctatorische "machst Du oder soll ich ?" Dabei braucht dieses Stück eigentlich die kraftvolle Entschlossenheit, die mir manchmal fehlt. Denn Schubert ahnte seinen bedrohlichen Gesundheitszustand vermutlich längst zu dieser Zeit, in der er dieses Meisterwerk schuf.

Nice to see a Bechstein on stage! The interpretation: much too rubato, which comes across as quite narcissistic. Where is the "semplice" and the restrained tenderness? Most emotional expression is too overt, artificial, except powerful passages, these are ok. The stretta in the finale is too fast, even if it is marked prestissimo, which it probably isn´t anyway.
