If my son is practicing swinging a golf club, what is the best way for him to do it. Swing x number of times and then rest 2-3 min or swing and rest for a predetermined number (y) of seconds and then repeat for z sets? Thanks for the video.

In order to develop the PC system Kevin it would be case of 10 seconds maximal work (or around 6-10reps) and allow for 2 minutes recovery and repeat. I would suggest though that 10 golf swings in quick succession is unlike to deplete all PC so doing some kind of resistance work (golf action but with a theraband anchored down or weights attached to a cable cross) would really develop the PC system.
