In that last question, in the graph it gives you 145kt IAS, shouldn't we convert that to TAS before working our GS and NGM? Thanks!

If there is information provided to allow you to convert to TAS then this isn't a bad idea, if not then we can't convert so just have to assume that the IAS and TAS are the same.

In the first question, how is 3.3 USG fuel to climb the correct answer since the line goes slightly off to the right from the center between 3 and 4? I would answer 10 min and 3.6 USG.

Exactly what I was thinking, I have to do a resit for fpm and this is a common problem for me. Answers are so close that I take the wrong one that looks more correct to me

This is an issue with the graphs unfortunately. Make sure you are very precise with your lines, use a nice sharp pencil and goo ruler. Then you have to just go for the closest answer.

I don't know if I misunderstand this last equation about calculating NGM but I got aprox. 28 NM. [EASA gives so close answers that's why I am asking]
