@An H murdering is not abuse if you do it right? How can you take the life of an animal that does not want to die and consider it right? Sure death is part of life, does that mean that death is desirable or murder is permissible? Of course not. In some areas of the world, in a certain time canibalism and genocide was the only way some tribes of people could survive. Does that mean that canibalism and genocide are permissible?? Of course not. I don't know why you mention that you live in a rural area. You are still supporting murder when you buy meat from a local farmer.

@chrisnowak33413 жыл бұрын
Because everything about humans is carnivore..our digestive tract, our stomach acid. The 40-50 or so plants found in the supermarket have all been genetically modified over the past few thousand years in order to make be more digestible. Almost all of these plants were too toxic or had too little calories to be ever considered food by our ancestors. Veggies were made less toxic although they still contain tons of anti-nutrients hence many must be cooked in order to become edible, while fruits were made more sugary to be contain more calories. Wild potatoes are poisonous. Wild carrots look like tree twigs. Wild bananas are practically all seeds. And on and on. All the plants we eat don't exist in nature. Humans have been genetically modifying them starting about 10-12K years ago. I was mostly plant based for the past 15 years and destroyed my health and gut during that time. I was vegan for a while too and never every felt worse in my life. I'm so glad to have regained my sanity and now I basically mostly eat meat, raw cheese, some fruits.
@chrisnowak33413 жыл бұрын
@SomberPeach I was a raw vegan for a while during 15 years of being a mostly vegetarian, starting at age 29. I probably read all of the vegan propaganda while each year getting sicker and sicker, completely ruining my gut/digestion, losing two teeth (probably due to the vegan sugar addiction), getting arrythmia, and being on the blood sugar roller coaster where I always needed to have a Larabar in my car because of the blood sugar swings would cause me sleepiness/dizziness. 15 years of first hand experience. I even left my fiance career to work as a personal trainer because I thought I could change people's lives by teaching them not only about exercise but also how important the plant based diet was. Within 2 years I felt so terrible on my plant based diet that I quit personal training because I was sicker than any of my clients. This was when I was just mostly a vegetarian. Not knowing why I was getting so sick with insane digestive issues, I doubled down and became a raw vegan which only made things 2x worse. Then it was many more years of yo-yo'ing between vegan/vegetarian, all the cleanses ever written about, acid/alkaline diet, etc., while my health was not improving. Going on a mostly meat/animal fat diet has been the thing that I was looking for to optimize my health for all these 15 years. Now I eat mostly raw meat from a farm down the road. I can survive on 3 cows that are raised on regenerative grazing. To harvest plants to equal the calories I need per year, about 1000 rodents, snakes, birds, etc are killed to grow your digusting plants, while the soil is destroying and water depleted with monocropping and these animals that live here are eliminated from their natural environment. Drive by some of these monocrops farms, I did, it's some of the most unnatural thing on the planet. I was brainwashed and I paid heavily during that time with my health.

@chrisnowak33413 жыл бұрын
Recently Polish tennis commentators during one of his matches mentioned that he scored low on something on, I believe on a blood test, (don't recall what he was deficient in exactly), so he started eating fish once per week. Veganism is definitely the least natural diet ever (myself being a very sick vegan), however, a young person can keep this insanity going for a long time, especially an endurance athlete like a tennis player who consumes tons of carbs, which is the staple of a vegan diet. Eventually it caught up with me, just like everyone else, as a vegan diet cannot provide over a dozen essential/important nutrients.
