Can someone explain to me how the pause-buffer-pistol door opening works? I can get it to work sometimes but a lot of the time the door just wont open :(

This is how I do it (works most of the time) 1. Aim where the lock is on the door (usually the handle area) 2. Keep holding RMB and press esc 3. Start spamming LMB (make sure your mouse isn't on any of the menu options) 4. Start spamming esc 5. Bring your mouse down slightly as you shoot to adjust for recoil (easier the closer to the door you are)

Essentially how shooting locks works in Hitman AFAIK is you have to do a certain amount of damage to the lock within a certain amount of time. This is why you can open them with SMGs etc. The mudshot works by overriding the fire rate cap on pistols so you can do more damage quicker than normal. So what might also help is using a higher damage pistol (i.e. not the krugermeier)
