The thing with Toy Story is 3 was the perfect ending, but then 4 ruined that ending. Andy trusted Bonnie with Woody, but she quickly ignored and lost him. She’s just a kid, but this would make Andy feel horrible as soon as he inevitably found out. I had a similar idea as Tim Allen. Andy is an adult with a kid, and wants to give Woody to his kid. He goes to Bonnie to ask for his old toys back. She’s a teenager now, and doesn’t care about them, so she gives Andy back her old toys that she keeps in a box in the closet; she doesn’t even realize she lost Woody years ago. Andy still cares about his toys and is happy to have them back, especially Buzz, but is obviously sad Woody is missing. Buzz knows where they left Woody, so together with Jessie and Bullseye, the toys set off on a grand cross country adventure to find Woody and bring him home (along with Bo Peep so no one is left on their own.)

To clarify on the F1 issue: Basically the track designers had a pretty dumb oversight that delayed the first practice (first ticket holders) for ~6 hours, so when the session finally started up everyone was asked to leave because the staff was about to be outside their contract/etc. The race itself was great but everything leading up to it was a mess.

Gotta say I absolutely love the delay pay options even though it seems most useful for the people that don't actually need it. I'm not buying something if I can't afford to pay for it outright, but spreading the cost has been a total godsend to my stress levels over my monthly bank balance.
