~INGREDIENTS~
For Gulab Jamun Dough
Wheat flour/ Atta- 3 tbsp
Milk for kneading- 2 1/2 tbsp or as required
Baking Powder- 1/2 tsp
~FOR CHENNA~
Full cream milk/ Cow milk- 500 ml
Vinegar/Lemon Juice- 1 tbsp
Oil For frying as required
~For Sugar Syrup~
Sugar- 3/4 cup
Water- 3/4 cup
Cardamom - 2-3 pods
Vinegar/ Lemon Juice- 1 tsp
