IT helps ALLOT if you put a SQUARE KNOT at the Cross Section that way the Cord will not move on you and keep the knife tighter on the Molle webbing and Also Melt your Ends together so the Paracord does NOT move Anywhere!

It is SOG brand, model SEAL Team (Elite). It probably discontinued now. But SOG still makes a smaller variation of this knife - SOG SEAL Pup (Elite).

Sk21 RT any knife as long as the sheath can be attached. One in the video was a dummy knife sheath
