In this DCS World Simulator video in this video I'm in the AH64 Apache trying to stop a surprise attack on the Airbase at Deir ez-Zor. Hope you guys enjoy.
I love playing simulators, I started with Arma 3 and then I saw DCS World. I also enjoy War Thunder , Battlefield , Ghost recon, Squad , Rome total war, Microsoft Flight Simulator and more. I also enjoy World War II games including il-2 In DCS World i found all the jets that i wanted to fly in a simulator the F 16 Viper , FA 18 Hornet , F 15 Eagle , A 10 Warthawg , SU 27 , Mig 29 , P 51 , Spitfire , AH 64 Apeche , Heuy and more... And if you will download MODs the options are endless: F 22 Raptor, SU 57 , A 4 Skyhawk , SR 71 Blackbird , Rafale, Gripen and the list goes on.

Being the "airchair analysis" that I am, I could think of ideas to maximize the reaction forces abilities. Of course, the defense contractors think tanks have probably already have, but DCS doesn't know about them, yet.

Long shot 👊😎 Just a ROCKIN' ! Hey brother, I don't understand why your NV the circle around your view is on. Especially during the day. I'm closing on my home and all the my properties and downsizing due to my health. Most likely will close on Friday. So Wednesday will be my last day fool around with DCS until I get my Wi-Fi on at the new home and property. Sold all my acres of land and just going to have one acre in downsizing my home. Have a whole lot in our house. 9. Grandchildren my two boys. My health isn't doing too well so doesn't feel necessary in it to try to keep maintaining it. Any event that was an awesome video in loved it very much. I'm going to watch it one more time. I was interrupted so many dog gone times so thank you brother. @@LongShotChannel brother your new call sign is going to be Gunny ! My eyes at my age at 55. I need some glasses. I was unable to see the white specks on the ground targets. I'm just an Old Navy rotor head and I fly the Apache and the black cock in the sea stallion I'm partial the navel assets. I guess I'm biased. The army has the Apache with computer assisted or hovering than transitioning into travel, then back to hover and then landing. I tried to do an override and do a side slip landing and flying a Hilo is by the seat of your pants. In real life. Quite different in a sim. It's like riding a motorcycle or bicycle. You just feel it. Naval helicopters not only had tilt rotor blades but also a tilt rotor head. See the rotor head pitchforward and back that gives it an extra 30 to 40% of torque and speed. Army only has tilt blades. It's a tank killer with a titanium tub. I really love the way that you were able to find the singular shooters and take them out. It's surprised me you actually got a cash in an explosion. That was awesome. Also I seen from a Russian Hilo a rocket pod mounted on the back of a pickup truck but I never seen it shoot at all. I truly loved it brother. Hopefully I won't be offline too long. I did pull the trigger on the F4 phantom. Oh yeah! The USN version for sure. I just can't wait for that. It should come out 98% because it's all public. Oh yeah, we're going to be rocking. That will be a pilots napalm to longshots in sidewinders and dog fights. That's where top gun came in with Robin Olds. I'm sure you know him or of him. I believe this model coming out has the guns already installed in the frame. I'll have to check that out. But they had to build a rotary gun and turn it into a pod thinking that the dog fight was over. It will never be over until the fat lady sings 🕊️

In the real world no AH-64D's flew in war zones with the FCR, the system didn't actually work. It couldn't identify friend from foe. Not to mention everyone flew with a Robby tank, so you had more fuel, but it limited you to like 330 rounds of 30mm. This is because it replaced the magazine with a module that 3/4s of it was a third fuel tank. Also you would never "heavy hog" have 16 hellfires. Most of the missions that I helped with they would only carry 2 hellfires and one rocket pod. Speed and standoff are your advantage, that and you would never fly without a wingman.
