Not sure where you live, homie, but it's in most places, simple trespassing get's elevated to a more serious charge if you carry a weapon while trespassing. You also lose any legal grounds to self-defense if you defend yourself while trespassing as self-defense laws only apply if you are on property you have a legal right to be on be it public property, private property you own or property the owner has given you permission to be on.
