Always cracks me up when I see higher level drills like this. It really reveals how intellectual the sport is beyond the obvious reaction level stuff. And it shows the difference between players who are playing smart, versus ones who are relying solely on brute force or speed. Tough to follow, but definitely a mind-expanding drill.

SpikeFlea Im still kinda new to hockey. I just wanted to know what forechecking exactly was. I always thought it just meant hitting someone on the boards. My brain is almost fried after this! I just keep watching it over and over and it gets better. Good to be a smart hockey player though!
