Greetings from an Icelandic woman living in Paris. I got to know the russian shadow ships in the '80 when I was sailing on a fragt ship along the Norwegian coast. Along comes a ship with all lights off and sail into us, and then sail away. Luckily our ship did not sink and we managed to sail to the next port. The Norwegian coastguard was sure this was Russian ship, they have the experience. Since then I am vary of Russia. Slava Ukraine!!!

My daughter had a friend who is from there but raised in Canada and the things that she would say about Ukraine and Ukrainians was shocking especially considering we are Ukrainian. We were laughing last night about how I pulled up to their house when they first moved in together and they called my daughter saying “ Uhhh your mom has a Ukrainian flag in her car? “😂😂😂 She ended up going back to Moscow after university this summer and when she is asked about what is going on in Moscow she does not answer. Gremlins! We went to a Gerdan performance ( they were from Chernivitsi ) 3wks ago in my city and the venue was changed last min due to credible threats and the evening before, they had been apparently shot at after performing at a different concert. They have 5 members of their choir who are actively fighting and have been injured more than once, so they are travelling across Canada to bring awareness and fundraising for back home and the fact that they have been threatened and shot at here is mind blowing. However in true Ukrainian fashion, they are not intimidated nor will they stop until the terrible and ghoulish acts from Russia are stopped permanently! With so much LOVE and infinite support from Canada and please stay safe and you are doing an incredible job❣️💙💛🇺🇦🇨🇦💛💙

"Russian pilots thought themselves the hunters and expected an easy hunt, but they themselves became the prey as the naval drones opened fire in return." The drones were reportedly equipped with large-caliber machine guns with automatic guidance and target acquisition. According to intercepted radio communication, Russian helicopters suffered significant damage and required major repairs. Several of their crew members have been killed and injured, the SBU said.
