nice ...what is the channel - band your on on the f210...??? my 1St f210 worked fine with my fatshark predator goggles...but now I have a newer f210 and I can't get the fatshark to get a good signal pass 100feet...😱😭

Dragonewiz brother, I sold it to a friend to fly, but I used the 5g8 race and module by immersion for my fatsharks to pick up the signal from it.

great flying man are you running everything stock btw? (default firmware, blades, etc) i heard the stock blade from 3d doesn't give much power, i'm deciding to get second f210 3d or 2d version.. thanks in advance!

This is a TOTALLY STOCK F210 3D. I haven't even attempted to touch the PID tuning as it flies so smoothly for me. That said, the 3D capability is qwerky, so I do not like using it. the quad becomes unstable between 40%and 60% throttle, as the propellers are barely turning in either direction. AS for the blades, the stock 2D blades I feel provide the proper amount of lift to load bearable by the stock ESCs and motors, but the 3D blades are very inefficient, so I would not recommend flying in regular mode with them as they are not very good for long fast flights. I can honestly say now that while messing with the 3D capability is fun, I do not feel like having that capability is really worth anything extra. I do however feel like the ESCs could potentially be better as they have to deal with some really aggressive power curve changes for 3D mode, but I am not sure if there is a hard fact to prove that statement, as I have not owned a regular F210, only the F210 3D.

Another fact I would like to divulge, is this. Some of my other setups are VERY powerful in relation to the F210 and yes this bird is a little underpowered, but I don't get the flight times with those machines, that I am getting with the F210. I would also be worried about overstraining the F210s ESCs, if you were to prop it up to a more aggressive blade. Right now, I get my quad back after fairly hard runs with a battery that's warm, but handleable, escs that are warm to the touch but not on fire and motor bell housing that are warm but not burning up. This tells me that the equipment is nominally matched (even with the extra weight of the GoPro and its mount) and I would be afraid to start inducing more stress, unless I wasn't worried about the length of the life of the equipment. Just my personal opinion though.

Thanks for your comprehensive response man! it's a tough choice to go with the regular/3d f210, I already own the regular model which i'm very happy with but i just crashed it badly and needing a replacement drone soon :P (only looking at rtf model at this stage as i'm not good at building custom built etc) I think i'll go with the 3d model and i can always put 2d blades and fly regular mode Thanks again for the useful info:)

wow I thought it will last long for about 10-15 mins, anyhow I'm really new to the hobby and I'm about the get my F210 any upgrades to suggest or battery to get for more running time?

Petrol Headz if you can find it, try to get a holder for your GF camera as it doesn't come with that out of the box. I had to get creative for this vid. race quads are power hogs, thus the fast flight times
