Do you meal prep? If so, what do you make?! Give me some ideas haha

Sometimes I do. I live to prep really simple stuff like beans, with rice and veggies, fry up things that I want to put in a wrap later (you add a simple sauce and the filling you choose later to the bread) ect ^^

My mom and I meal prepped her some breakfast because her hours at work have been really long. We made a quiche with shredded potato instead of pastry crust. It was so so good and it keeps really well in the fridge for three or four days. We put bellpeppers, onions, mushrooms, spinach and kale, and garlic with the eggs. Definitely recommend trying it

Hannah Ashton I meal prepped for the first time this week! It’s so convenient because you just grab (and some fruit or snacks) and go! I made the sandwich and added ham from this meal prep video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/q2bTqWmqjNt0iKM 😊

When I'm at uni, I try to meal prep at the start of the week so I don't have to spend too much time cooking during the week. I'm in a different kind of dorm though, I share a full kitchen/ living room with 10 other students and then we all have our separate bedrooms.

Burrito bowls (I do black beans, rice, and veggies + salsa and hot sauce on top) and stir fry (usually chow mein noodles, chicken, broccoli and red peppers topped with stir fry sauce and sriracha) are my favourites!

I’m probably the only one buuuut I like to rinse my chicken(and any meats) off with water before I season it.

you are not the only one and it is actually safer for your health to wash it.

Evie it’s not, you might spread salmonella everywhere in your kitchen. Safer not to wash it.

After the first week of school, it is exhausting! I am figuring what hours I will be working, engaging in class, what clubs to join, get the college experience, etc. Because this is my last semester ever since I graduate in April 25,2020, I feel like I do not want to miss any moment! Also, I am a commuter and a part-time KZbinr. It feels exhausting but I pray that we can all push through! Blessings!

I don't know if Sam's Club is a nationwide thing but we have one where I live and there is a coffee pot that is also a hot plate. It actually has multiple uses and it's the freaking coolest thing I've ever seen. My mom and I talk about it all the time if I'd gone away to college it would have been absolutely perfect because it's small but big enough where you could cook an entire meal if you wanted to. Plus it makes coffee so win-win. Maybe buy a pressure cooker? They are really easy to use, cook super fast, and you can make a huge variety of foods

Never prep or cook in a bathroom. You'll expose yourself to the worst kind of bacteria and risk serious food contamination there. Speaking from experience.

Wash your meats!! I hate handling raw meat but make sure to dump that in a clean sink or a big bowl and rinse with cold water then season . Btw great videos just sharing a tip , people can get very sick even when the label reads organic/free range /cage free everything comes in contact with something while being cut cleaned packaged weighed etc .

you're supposed to WASH the meat first! EW
