Attempting the Iced Fish Cake from Neopets | Neopets Cooking 4

Hey everyone! Today we have one of the most intensive recipes in the Neopets Cookbook. The Iced Fish Cake is one of the most iconic neopets foods, it just screams Neopia. Its up there with Borovan and Omelettes. It was a lot, like a lot a lot, and this whole process took like two days between making the fondant fish and the cake and icing.
