Love this motivation! I too hate the stairclimber and always have to imagine I’m climbing the stairs to one of those beautiful Shinto shrines in the mountains of Japan or zig-zagging a trail up the Eastern rim of the Grand Canyon or something 😂

Huh, I never thought to compare my step climbing time to the characters in FF7 (mostly because they’re video game characters without a stamina meter). I just set the speed to 68 steps a minute and go until I feel like I need to slow down, then adjust accordingly.

After having done it once it seems pretty attainable since the higher they get the slower they go in the game! I’m determined to keep going until I can beat them!

Bro, you should be able to do sixty flight of stairs every single day. I'm not saying this to be mean. I'm saying this because you can do it and you should. You can thank me in twenty years because you definitely will

I totally agree. Stairs are awesome exercise and great for your knees. I’m just trying to do it quick, like a Soldier. 🏃‍♂️💨 And that’s the brutal bit. LOL
