I am also a girl of severe embarrassment and anxiety. I always think about the quotes that are like (heavily paraphrased) “to live is to be embarrassed.” Like you’re supposed to be embarrassing!!! You’re supposed to laugh and love and be seen trying. That’s something I have to keep in mind constantly whenever I’m in public and hate the feeling of being seen. Anyway, all the love to you. Super proud of you for venturing and conquering your fear!!! To anyone reading this and feeling the same, you’re not alone!!

this is a nice watch because as a 19 yr old with autism i have a lot of anxiety about just being perceived in general- so to be alive is actually embarrassing to me and it takes a lot of effort to push past it.

One thing that has helped me feel less embarrassed is just realizing that if people are judging you for no reason that is their problem and not yours. I guess just that the people who would be judging are not people who you need to impress if they are just going to be rude. Im not sure if this makes sense!!! Love the video and I definitely relate haha

regardless of her feeling embarrassed of recording in public. i love how she’s not embarrassed to have different angles in her home and her face. how she can just sit on a couch or eat her breakfast and not worry about how her outfit may shape her or how she looks holding the camera in a lower angle. it takes such confidence to know you’re beautiful when you don’t care about that and if i were ever a youtuber, i’d rather have this confidence rather than youtubers who scream out in public trains but rehearse what they’re going to say. you’re so perfect!
