I appreciate your honesty. Instead of editing out the reality that we all experience, you are real. That adds value to your channel as far as I am concerned. As soon as I can afford to, I will buy a bottle opener even though I don't really need one.

Did you air harden the H13 after welding and all? I have made the mistake not to harden it correctly and it was really soft. It needs like 1050 degrees C or something to austenitize and harden properly.

Days like this one are the most interesting, if not the most productive, in my opinion. When things go wrong, as the job proceeds, fixing things becomes the priority and the actual work is put on hold. I love your ideas and actions to recover the job. Also your patience is commendable... Thanks Tim...

Hi Tim, to answer your question at the end, yes, everyone has days when things just don't want to work. I just wanted to say thank you for sharing your day with all the real world irritations thrown in. The thing I find with KZbin is when people produce EVERY video and it's perfect and everything went right the first time, every time! It's basically giving our young people who want to become a KZbin content creator the "beer googles" view of a perfect life when at the end of the day it's a life that has all of the irritations cut out and left on the proverbial floor of the editing room. Please keep up the awesome work and thanks again 😊👍👍👍

Mondays should be cancelled!!! I saw a guy on another channel making a tomahawk out of a truck leaf spring, using the eye of the spring as the handle hole. It is so obvious, but I never thought of it! It won't work for mass production, because there are only two eyes on a leaf spring, but for the occasional ax it will be OK. Keep up the good work!

Hi Tim. First time for me watching your channel and really enjoyed it, especially when it all went wrong! What I mean is, you have the honesty to show the mistakes, cock-ups and howlers that others don’t dare to! Also, the answer to your question regarding Monday mistakes and ‘bad’ days; we all have them, some of us regularly! I don’t know how you keep so calm about it! But wouldn’t life be boring and predictable if everything went smoothly! Keep on making great vids. Best wishes from the UK.

When using the dies you could use saw dust as releasing agent. A small amount right before you drop the die. I have used it with success the few time I have done it since getting pointed in that direction by an old time factory worker. Hi Tim, I'm new to your channel I came over from our awesome friend Buckin Billy Ray. When it comes to forging steel I really don't know other than it's steel it can be welded and reshaped through heating the steel. The part I don't understand is where and how do they make the steel stronger and harder? That Buckin Bullet is going to be very special. I like others WANT one LOL Thank you, Tim

You should vlog like 4 days a week and when you have a project finished, you can reuse some footage along with some new stuff to make an extra video in the week. This way ever now and then we get a 5th vid that presents a project from start to its completion like you normally do
