the food that lady gave you is samaposha and it is made with shredded coconut , bit of suger . Samaposha is a pre-cooked cereal based nutritious supplement food which consist of corn, soya, green gram and rice. It is enriched with lot of vitamins and minerals. it is very famous food in sri lanka
