About my videos: These videos are a resource for anyone wishing to wake up from the dream of separation. Awakening, enlightenment, and liberation are becoming far more mainstream possibilities than they once were. There are many good teachers out there, and if you resonate with the teachings of Eckhart Tolle, Rupert Spira, or Sadhguru, you might find resources here that address these deeper promptings to investigate your true nature.
Disclaimer: The information presented in these videos is not meant to diagnose or treat any psychiatric or medical illness. The inquiries presented herein are potent and can have powerful effects on the way you experience yourself and reality. If you feel you are at risk of harming yourself or others, these videos and practices may not be the best thing for you at the moment. Seek help wherever necessary which might include a hospital emergency department, a suicide helpline etc.

Love loved this talk. One of my all time favourites. I listened to it while taking an evening walk and with the background music and the pace of the words, it was so soothing to listen to. I would send this one to someone who's curious high level why bother with awakening. The selling points are pretty clear and simple! Thank you so much Angelo. ❣

I'm trying to understand how you view or explain consciousness. In your “model" of experience, would you say the other 5 sense gates besides thought are not experienced IN consciousness? Because for me resting in unbound consciousness feels like it coincides with increased clarity about the senses. Are they actually different modulations of attention?
@SimplyAlwaysAwake
@SimplyAlwaysAwake 16 күн бұрын
There is a way to existence the five sense gates unclouded by reflective consciousness, that comes in deeper realization (non dual). H out ever there’s no reason to understand or develop a model. Use what works for you. If your direct experience of consciousness is clear and readily available then great, further refinements will materialize through that practice lens.

@@SimplyAlwaysAwake Thank you Angelo for that clarification. Then I know exactly what you're pointing at. Really, the more close and colourful and alive and flowing the senses become, the more any idea of consciousness becomes irrelevant really...

When I first begun to keep attention in the body and inner space, keeping track of where attention moves, and later in the space between thoughts, the body was so exhausted that I slept almost 2 days in a row.. 😂🤣😂 It takes a bit of effort and willingness to get used to that. Later to be always alert to all the thoughts that are arising, to not loose one single apparition.. 🤣😂 Slowly, slowly the alertness is increasing. Here it was very helpful. And the discoveries are very surprising. 😉😊😆 Thank you. ❤️🙏♥️

This seems to be coming from the place of doing this all by yourself. Reconnecting allows the process to be experienced in a more prepared way. All of one's experiences should have been leading to this point to have this happen. It sounds like people are trying to skip steps, as if to attempt algebra without any insight into basic math. It's almost like trying to experience loving someone when you don't know what love is. Those experiences to get you to that point were never unlocked. Reconnecting allows one to be the teacher and the student working in tandem with one another, with each bringing something different to the table to create a new perspective. That's why we already have everything we need but we've become so broken that that trust isn't even there. You've got this but no one can tell you what's on the other side of that door and you have to step through it because one's awareness at the time makes all the difference in the experience to be had. ❤

♥️♥️ Just last week when thoughts stepped up, I just kept saying ‘just let the mind rest’. As an act of kindness to myself, like you said a ‘gift’ to myself. I have ADHD and have done enough thinking, so it is a gift to myself. And a gift that I’m grateful to accept, which is something I couldn’t have done before. I definitely have more of a trust in it, whereas before I had to try and solve everything. Thank you for the video.

After a big surgery 10 years ago this was very available to me because I had like a rebirth after that surgery. I was so grateful to be alive that I saw the world with so much true wonder and gratitude. I constantly and instinctively would rub my heart area and was often just feeling so much bliss. And I had the sense like you describe about it always “being with me” whatever “it” is. “It” is the ultimate “possession” but unlike a possession it can’t be lost and it never disappoints. And yet it is invisible and so there at the same time. I intend to reconnect with this which has never left me. Thanks for the reminder. And btw what was the reference at the end about a cat? Seemed funny. Did you start to daydream there? lol. Thank you so much for your channel. Your Cinsciousness playlist has been very helpful lately. Thx Kris

Feels like this ego has reached the point of no return. Resting in self seems to be the norm. Thinking more with silence then thoughts. The history of self which once defined me with dense thoughts. Are now like translucent ghosts that your not sure if you even saw them or not. They don't matter anymore.

This is challenging, because my engineering job seems to require that I "think things through", that I project myself into the future to model various logic puzzles, choose the one that most closely fits "the situation" and then solve the puzzle in my head and then put on an "act" for the customer to make them feel like I'm meeting their expectations. My ability to project and anticipate the future IS the whole game, and boy does it suck me in!

I want this all the time. The place of no resistance. Ultimate relaxation. Spot on about trust again. This feeling definitely brings me back to my childhood, when shame started to form along with distrust. Also, at times, my arms feel like they're floating as if they are becoming the air. Very interesting.

I just have one question as "I" am I would say between the 6th and 7th fetter right now and everything is changing very fast I noticed something the experience of watching a movie or listening to music is very different than before. I find "myself" just in a state of "awe", like a child I get caught in the action of the movie for exemple but it's kind of hard to get a grip on the story and even a pretty what I would have called before "bad movie" it feels like it's really hard to put that label or any label on it. I was watching the movie "Trap" a few days ago and I know it's kind of bland and strange I can remember my past self would have hated it but I was just looking at the faces of actors and noticing amotions and it was vers innocent and touching and I cried during one of the songs which lyrics were clearly pointing me to the process. I guess my question is how do you experience movies or music "yourself" right now ? Hope it's an ok place to ask that question too ! Thanks a lot for everything, your channel is kind of the most important thing in my life right now :)

Can you help me with this certain problem I’ve been having? There’s this certain emotion I guess. That I had no clue I was running from. Every time I turn over in bed, look at my phone, just go about daily life makes it go away. But I’m curious like what is that? I can experience sadness, anger, happiness. By why not whatever this is and why? For the few minutes I can actually get a hold on it it’s the most unbearable thing ever. But it’s still not like an emotion like not a reaction it’s just always there. I can describe sadness and anger but not this any tips?
