LeftHandShred2 because the song is in Drop b and then for the breakdown it goes down to g# so he switched basses for that tuning. The guitarist just uses pitch shifter pedal or whatever

Bass strings for drop B arent enough thick to be in drop G, also you can't just tune a string lower and let the other like they are, bad for the bass and the G note won't be maintained for long, will take 2 sec and the string's gonna be de-tuned If you have a 2000$ instrument like them i don't recommend you to do that lol
